Not all items shown on our web site are available for pickup at our office or warehouse store. Please note that retail pricing may vary from our web pricing.
Returns & Order changes
All returns must be authorized by us within 30 days of the invoice date. Within thirty (30) days of purchase, we will replace any product that is deemed defective. After 30 days, notwithstanding, the manufacturer's warranty process must be followed.
Please Note: Due to restrictions placed upon us by the manufacturers, server parts are subject to the manufacturers repair policies.
All non-defective returns authorized by us are subject to 30% restocking fee, and must be returned within 30 days from date of invoice.
This fee will appear on your credit card as a separate charge and your returned item(s) will be credited in full when they are returned to us in satisfactory condition.
All returns and exchanges authorized by us must be returned to us within 14 days of return authorization.
Refused Shipments
Refused shipments are treated as a return and charged a minimum 30% restocking fee plus the shipping amount.
This fee will appear on your credit card as a separate charge and your returned item(s) will be credited in full when they are returned to us in satisfactory condition.

Net 30 Accounts
All goods purchased from us with Net 30 payment terms are done so with the purchasers understanding that any of the purchasers credit cards on file with us that have been used to purchase products from us in the past, can and will be used to bring the entire account balance to zero after 30 days of delinquency without prejudice.
Risk of Loss
Title to goods herein being purchased is retained by the seller until goods are paid for by the purchaser and at that time title passes to the purchaser. Loss or damage that occurs during shipping by a carrier selected by us is our responsibility. Loss or damage that occurs during shipping by a carrier selected by the Customer is the Customer's responsibility.
Larger servers, Monitors, HP Renew and Factory Refurbished product
Larger servers, Monitors, HP Renew and Factory Refurbished product are shipped only via courier Please note: all HP Renew and Factory Refurbished Product are strictly not returnable. Kindly examine the contents of your delivery for damage before signing for the delivery. Any damage discovered after you sign for the delivery is your responsibility. Most components we offer have an optional on-site carry in warrenty at our warehouse by service warranty upgrade.This is only available at time of purchase and should be considered. This upgrade is not available after delivery. In the event your Refurbished equipment requires service, please contact the manufacturer, equipment must be serviced as per the manufacturers conditions.
Because refuribished product are strictly not returnable, should a shipment be refused by you or your customer for any reason, a minimum 30% restocking fee will appear on your card as a separate charge and your returned item(s) will be credited in full when they are returned to us in satisfactory condition.
This is non-negotiable.
Special Orders are strictly not returnable. Please make sure you are ordering the proper components for your application.

All other warranties, express or implied, including the warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose are disclaimed. We will under no circumstances be liable for special, incidental, or consequential damages including loss of profit, even if it has been advised of the possibility of such damages; the maximum liability for all direct damages, if any, arising out of any action shall be limited to an amount not to exceed the purchase price of the product.
